English chimney potThe English Chimney Pot was originally designed as a less expensive way of extending the chimney for better drafting and to prevent smoking. It was also added for architectural interest.

These authentic chimney pots were made during the period of 1840 to 1880 -- some older, some a little later. In those days the chimney pots were made by local craftsmen and were unique signatures in the skyline of their town or area.

Coal and wood were burned which accounts for the still visible soot -- adding to their charm and authenticity.

Use these pots as an architectural accent to your own chimney, or as a planter by the doorway, on the porch, or in a garden.

Capture the charm of 'Old England'.
